Specifically designed for smoother terrain including hills and coastal paths, the sticks are made from ultra slimline aluminium for a lightweight feel. When walking, you don't want your support to also be what is dragging you down. These poles are here to take you forwards, not back.

Each Nordic walking stick includes 2 detachable end caps to work best with hard or soft terrain. The rigid poles are also anti-shock so as to help reduce the strain on your wrists.
