Rocket Seeds

The rocket seeds are a little-known but very useful salad plant and the rocket can be used in raw salads or can be cooked lightly when it makes a delicious spinach substitute. The late summer sowings of rocket will carry on cropping into the winter if the plants are protected by cloches. 

• Growing instructions are given on seed packet. Sow April-June. Harvest June-mid September.
