Please keep the tracking details, as we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.Postal charges will only be refunded where the item is faulty, where the item is damaged upon receipt, where the item isn’t as advertised or where the wrong item has been delivered.We try to ensure that all of our orders are carefully checked prior to despatch, but if your order has arrived damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services Team via our Contact Us page before returning to discuss the best course of action.We must receive returned items within 28 days of the order being delivered. Any returns received after that time will be returned to you.
