To create a wrapped ponytail all you need to do is first make your ponytail where you like, pull a section of hair from the ponytail that you want to wrap, put the tool through your hair inside your bobble, ensure the loop of the tool is just above your ponytail leaving room to thread your hair through the loop, wrap the strand left out around the bobble in your hair, thread the end of this into the loop on the tool, pull the tool outwards through the ponytail to pull the strand through the center. Done!
