Sealfix is a waterproof sealer compound for sealing leaks and smaller cracks. It is waterproof and also elastic which makes it ideal for use on gutters, drainpipes, roofs and even chimneys plus so much more. It can even tear up to 10mm and still have a good seal to keep out rain, snow and even frost too helping to prevent the damage worsening.
The sealer can be applied during the harshest of weathers if you suddenly find a leak during a rain storm. The sealer formula is also UV resistant and asbestos-free so it will keep working so long as you keep it maintained where needed. It can be used indoors and outdoors too so you can repair a leak on both sides for extra protection. The sealant is ideal for home use as well as for boats and even caravans and mobile homes too.
How long does it take to dry?
It will dry within 24 hours, depending on the thickness of the layer applied.
Does the liquid stay a silver colour or will it turn clear?
The colour stays a silver/greyish colour and will not change or become clear.
Will I need to re-apply after a certain amount of time?
A second layer is possible- you can repeat the procedure as and when required.
Is it safe on the skin?
The product contains a solvent agent, be sure to protect your eyes, mouth, wounds, hands and skin.
